Clouded mindHow far would you go to save the world that would abandon you? The world that took all that you hold dear, yet was revered as paradise, even though we had forfeited the privileged rights to it so very long ago. As I stood gazing into the well-outlined eyes of the trio of embossed rock faces, this question burrowed itself deep into my conscious. The moment I had hoped to avoid had come after all and time was running out. I had carefully laid out my plan; a scheme not unlike the devil himself would have trouble coming up with. I mused at the irony of the tale of good and evil and how irrelevant morality had become in the equation of lives. A man is a man, but some are just a little more special, a trait that leads not to their salvation, but to their inevitable demise. I had learned the vile truth of what being chosen really meant and the realization of it struck deep within my soul, much like the earthquakes often spoken of in legends of life beneath the clouds. As with most earthquakes, aftershocks are not a rare occasion and these aftershocks attempted to transform my steadfast resolve into a string of blurred moments of doubt. I had come for my sister, the chosen one, the blessed one who was destined to walk the Path of Epiphany. And now, the time had come to move past the last shreds of uncertainty that clouded my human mind. For what I was about to do was beyond human, it was… Natural.

Twysted Tales 2: Tower of Epiphany Prelude
My friend Ragura was kind enough to write a small prelude to Twysted Tales 2: Tower of Epiphany. Enjoy!
Twysted Tales 1 Boss issues
For those who've played the first Twysted Tales level, I realize many of you have gotten stuck at the second boss. I tried to make it clear what to do with a simple tip you get right before the boss, but I guess it isn't enough for most of you, probably because I've made the encounter and so I know what to do anyway.
So, because I want as many people as possible to enjoy my levels, I've drawn up this slightly blurry boss guide ;)
Good luck! If you have further questions, just post a comment and I will try to help you^^

Twysted Tales 2: Tower of Epiphany
Hey community, I bring you the second entry in the Twysted Tales series! Those of you who are still looking for a story-based level, feel free to play my second standalone level.
Plot: Your friend left for the Tower of Epiphany and you follow to stop him because those who walk the Path of Epiphany and reach the tower are never to be seen again.
Featuring:
Trailer: Twysted Tales 2 - Youtube Normal Quality
HD Trailer: Twysted Tales 2 - Youtube HD Quality
Please keep in mind that due to severe thermometer restraints I had to delete a lot of decoration in order to complete the level, so some spots might look fairly bland.
The next Twysted Tales will be shorter in length but have more decoration and detail. Still learning from my mistakes :smileyhappy:
Feedback is always appreciated.

Welcome!
Hello community and welcome to the Twysted Tales blog!
This blog will mostly me about my level releases, with extra information not always available from the posts I make on the various forums.
The Twysted Tales levels are story-based levels that are not related to each other, they all have unique stories. So far I’ve released two entries into the series:
Twysted Tales 1: Shadow Shelter
Twysted Tales 2: Tower of Epiphany
I’m still learning a lot of things about the editor and I try to use the things I’ve learned in every next level I make. For example, the second level makes heavy use of layer switching to add in variation and obstacles.
Also, by listening to the comments I’ve received I’ve tried to change up the design in TT2 to make it a more fluid experience for everyone by allowing to turn off the story and by providing a sticker that sends you back to the second part of the level in case you die past that point.
Anyway, enjoy my levels, leave me a comment and tell me what you think! :)
